Developed and executed the UMSAEP Award-funded Business Coaching Program, creating the proposal, promotional materials, and application process. Supported program delivery in partnership with the UWC Small Business Clinic, managed operations, and authored the final report. Professionally edited and produced a compelling book series video, showcasing the editor’s insights and highlighting the most impactful concepts on Academic Citizenship. Additionally, we set up the YouTube channel, designed custom video thumbnails, crafted engaging LinkedIn captions, and scheduled weekly video releases on YouTube with corresponding LinkedIn posts linking back to each video, ensuring consistent audience engagement and visibility.

Social Media & Website Support
The SBC lacked its own online presence, relying on another unit to post content, which caused confusion and alienated parts of their target audience. I created social media pages on LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook, designed branded posts, captured event content, organised files in Google Workspace with clear workflows, updated website pages, set up a Linktree, and developed a Media SOP/Training Guide. I coordinated with stakeholders to ensure content aligned with SBC’s goals and included a sign-up link for their database and booking system for consultations. The SBC launched its digital presence, increased engagement, streamlined workflows, and reduced audience confusion.
